Altus Group Limited Announces Second Quarter Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 26, 2012) - Altus Group Limited ("Altus") (TSX:AIF) is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2012.

Payment will be made on July 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as at June 30, 2012.

Altus Group Limited hereby designates all dividends paid or deemed to be paid as "eligible dividends" for purposes of subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and similar provincial and territorial legislation, unless indicated otherwise.
