TORONTO, June 26, 2012 /CNW/ - After leaving the corporate world to found 'Excellerated Analysis', a Toronto-based business consulting and analytics firm, Wisebrod has developed an effective and efficient offering for companies seeking to run a full diagnostics on their business operation with an eye to growing the bottom line; The 100 Hour Check-Up.

'The 100 Hour Check Up' is a business assessment service geared towards small to medium sized businesses.  Check-ups are conducted on-site, during which all primary business and support functions are reviewed and interviews with key personnel are conducted. The end deliverable is an evaluative report detailing key business issues, recommendations and next steps for implementation and execution.   Check-ups to date have been used to resolve cash flow constraints, operations underperformance, sales malaise, organizational issues, as well as process and administrative concerns.

The 100 Hour Check Up:
                      YOU get one, YOUR CAR gets one, what about YOUR BUSINESS?

The 100 Hour Check-Up was recently contracted by Aden Earthworks who had this to say about the service;

"Our debt financing rate is down 30%, receivables are down and a finance manager has been hired - The 100 Hour Check-Up well exceeded expectations. The check-up report provided practical solutions to issues and challenged us to consider other strategic and operational viewpoints. EA worked with us for 8 weeks to implement the most pressing recommendations. We've received a high return on investment. I highly recommend EA and look forward to working with them in the future."
