Reporters and photographers are invited to attend a brief presentation by James Haney, President of West Virginia Operations for FirstEnergy.
Mr. Haney will discuss the company's ongoing efforts to restore power to its customers after the recent storm and high winds caused widespread damage to company equipment.
There will be photo opportunities of our storm-restoration nerve center, and media will be permitted to view the control center, where transmission engineers work to assure the reliable delivery of electricity across three states.
Mr. Haney and other media representatives will be available afterwards to answer questions from reporters.
