Parkland Energy Services Inc.: Announces the Release of the 2011 Audited Annual Financial Statements and Related MD&A

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 4, 2012) - Parkland Energy Services Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PKE) released the 2011 Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2011, the management's discussion and analysis relating thereto and the certificates of the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (collectively referred to as the "2011 Annual Financial Statements and MD&A"), in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuer's Annual and Interim Filings. Likewise, the March 31, 2012 interim Financial Statements, MD&A and required certificates have also been released.

Highlights of the fiscal 2011 year:

  • Net comprehensive loss is $1,062,141
  • EBITDAC is a positive $1,260,878
  • Revenue for the consolidate company's twelve month period was $10,491,124

Parkland will begin the process to apply for revocation of the general cease trade immediately.

Parkland is a company based in Red Deer, Alberta that currently has an industrial paint and sandblasting operation. The Common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and trade under the symbol "PKE".
