Applied Micro Sets July 26, 2012 for First Quarter 2013 Earnings Conference Call

SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, or AppliedMicro (Nasdaq:AMCC), today announced that it will conduct a conference call with analysts and investors following the release of its first quarter fiscal 2013 results on Thursday, July 26.

AppliedMicro will issue a news release announcing the company's first quarter fiscal 2013 results after the close of the market on July 26. The text of the press release will also be available on AppliedMicro's web site at http://www.apm.com.

The conference call will be webcast from the investor relations section of the company's web site beginning at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 26.
