ValueClick to Announce Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results on August 2

ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK) announced that it will release second quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, August 2 at approximately 4:05 p.m. ET. At 4:30 p.m. ET, chief executive officer Jim Zarley, chief financial officer John Pitstick, and chief operating officer John Giuliani will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company’s results.
