SPX to Report Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results on August 1

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2012 financial results on Wednesday, August 1, 2012.

Chris Kearney, Chairman, President and CEO, and Jeremy Smeltser, incoming CFO, will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time.
