Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) today announced that
Carlos Arrizurieta has joined the firm’s U.S. Private Bank as a Managing
Director and Private Banker, focusing on wealth management solutions for
high-net-worth individuals and families. Arrizurieta will report to Chip
Packard, a Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank’s U.S. Private
Bank, Eastern Region.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services
industry, Arrizurieta was previously with Citi Private Bank, where he
was a Managing Director and Senior Private Banker. He specialized in the
areas of investment management, asset allocation, capital markets, trust
and estate planning, structured finance and liquidity management. Prior
to that, he held Private Banker positions with Bank of America and
Northern Trust Bank.
Rachel Garcia will also join the team as a Vice President and Private
Banker. She was most recently a Vice President with Citi Private Bank.

Arrizurieta earned a B.A. and M.B.A. in finance from the University of
Miami. Garcia earned a B.A. in psychology from New York University.
