The Board of Directors of TCF Financial Corporation (“TCF”) (NYSE: TCB)
today declared quarterly cash dividends on TCF’s common shares and 7.50%
Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock.
A quarterly cash dividend of $.05 per common share is payable on August
31, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August
15, 2012. At June 30, 2012, there were 162.7 million common shares
outstanding listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol TCB.
A quarterly cash dividend of $.34375 per depositary share is payable on
September 4, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on
August 15, 2012. Each depositary share represents a 1/1,000th
interest in a share of the Series A Preferred Stock.
