TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 19, 2012) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.056 per common share for the month of July 2012. The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2012.
