Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SBH) (the "Company") announces today that it will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (Central) to review third quarter financial results.

A copy of the press release announcing the fiscal 2012 third quarter financial results is expected to be made available before the market opens on August 2, 2012 on the Company's website investor.sallybeautyholdings.com. The earnings conference call and webcast are expected to follow at 10:00 a.m. (Central). This live webcast, which may include discussion of the Company's strategy for growth, financial results and expectations, and other matters relating to its business, will be available to all investors on investor.sallybeautyholdings.com.
