OAK BROOK, Ill., July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS), a leader in environmental, safety and transportation solutions, will announce second quarter 2012 earnings before the market opens on Friday, August 3, 2012. The company will also host an investor conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern time the same day with Dennis J. Martin, president and CEO, William Barker, senior vice president and CFO, and Jennifer L. Sherman, CAO, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
