Wagner will join Qualstar as the Vice President of Sales for the storage division beginning August 6, 2012.

Mr. Wagner's experience spans 30 years at Fortune 500 and emerging companies in business-to-business industries. Steve comes to Qualstar from WhiteWater West industries Inc./SCS Interactive, a leading water park and theme park attractions developer where he served as Vice President of Business Development, Vice President and General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SCS Interactive. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at software company Aegis Analytical Corp. and Director of Sales for packaging automation at ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies for utility and industry customers. Mr. Wagner has also held sales and management positions with TecniStar, Burnup & Sims and General Instrument Corp. Mr. Wagner holds an MBA in International Business from George Washington University and a BSBA degree from University of Denver.
