Fitch Ratings expects to assign the following ratings for two classes of
series 2012-1 notes issued by Brazos Education Loan Authority, pursuant
to a discrete Indenture dated July 1, 2012 with U.S. Bank National
Association, as indenture trustee and as eligible lender trustee:
--$112,200,000 floating rate class A notes 'AAAsf (EXP)'; Outlook
Negative;
--$3,000,000 floating rate class B notes 'Asf (EXP)'; Outlook Stable.
