Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) received notice on August 2, 2012 from Linda G Stuntz, a Non-executive Director of the Company, and Reid P F Stuntz, a person connected with Linda G Stuntz, that on August 2, 2012:
- Linda G Stuntz purchased 500 B ADSs at a price of $70.80 per ADS and 100 B ADSs at a price of $70.79 per ADS both in her own name; and
- Linda G Stuntz and Reid P F Stuntz jointly purchased 1,400 B ADSs at a price of $70.7914 per ADS.
