Harmonic Energy Signs Site Lease Option Agreement

LONDON -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/12 -- Harmonic Energy Inc. (OTCQB: ASUV) is a company focused on tire manufacturing and recycling, using an innovative approach to energy efficiency and sustainability. Harmonic is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated a Lease Option Agreement for a 10 acre site in Ohio. The site features number positive attributes which make it an ideal site for Harmonic's expansion plans.

The property features rail access and has an in yard rail spur option which can be easily upgraded to fit the company's needs. Preliminary surveying and design work for a rail switch and siding has been performed by Norfolk-Southern engineers. The site is located directly on State Rt. 224, quick access to I-77, I-76 and the Ohio Turnpike is available. The site features active permits which are in good standing with the Ohio EPA. Another unique feature of the site is the fact that it is an active oil terminal tank farm property with the capability and permits to store over 5 million gallons of oil on site.
