TORONTO, Nov. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR)
("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") announced today that a cash
dividend payment of Cdn$0.09375 per Common Share will be payable on
December 17, 2012 to holders of record of Common Shares at the close of
business on November 30, 2012.
The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be November 28, 2012.
Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an "eligible
dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)
and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.

hospitals, located in South Dakota and Oklahoma, as well as an
ambulatory surgery center in California. The specialty hospitals
perform scheduled surgical, imaging, diagnostic and other procedures,
