D-BOX Technologies Resumes Installations in Japan with Warner Mycal Cinemas

LONGUEUIL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 4, 2012) - D-BOX Technologies Inc. (TSX:DBO), a leader in innovative motion technology, announced today that it will resume installations in Japan with the deployment of 32 MFX systems at Warner Mycal's new cinema complex which is currently under construction in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

These systems were initially sold to Warner Mycal in February 2011 but their installation was then postponed due to unforeseeable natural events. Upon their newly-scheduled installation, these systems will start generating licensing fees payable to D-BOX in accordance with their use.
