CEC Entertainment, Inc. to Webcast 2012 Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Financial Results

CEC Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: CEC) today announced that it will host a conference call with investors on Thursday, February 21, 2013 to discuss financial results for the 2012 fourth quarter and fiscal year. The conference call will begin at 3:30 p.m. Central Time, and will be broadcast live over the Internet. A press release, including financial information, will be released after the market closes on Thursday, February 21, 2013.

Investors have the opportunity to listen to the call live on the Internet at http://www.chuckecheese.com. To listen, please go to the web site at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the call to register, download and install any necessary software. For those who are not able to listen to the live broadcast, a replay of the call will also be available shortly thereafter and continue for a minimum of sixty days.
