Under the partnership, small and medium-sized UK firms operating out of the 160 Regus business centers – whether as full-time office customers or Regus Businessworld members, will receive a three-month free trial of iYogi tech support services and antivirus security software providing round-the-clock tech support for multiple devices including PCs, laptops, tablets and smart phones - whether they are in the office, working remotely or travelling overseas.

Steve Purdy, UK Managing Director at Regus commented, “Regus is committed to providing the best experience to its customers across the world. This engagement with iYogi will further enhance our portfolio of offerings, helping us deliver a seamless work experience to our customers. We look forward to working with a single partner - iYogi, to cater to the diverse tech support needs of our customers across the United Kingdom.”

According to a study by Regus*, 72% of global businesses report that increased productivity is a direct result of flexible working practices, enabled by technology and mobile devices. Small businesses have embraced flexible working more widely, with 80% of small business managers saying that their company works more flexibly today, compared to 68% within large businesses.

“With users becoming increasingly mobile and able to work at flexi timings, device and brand agnostic tech support is the need of the hour. We understand this need and are uniquely positioned to address it. This partnership will look to enhance the overall service experience for Regus customers whether they are in a Regus business center, working from home or on the road,” added Uday Challu, CEO and co-founder of iYogi.
