Association Services announce the appointment of Saundra McCarrell
as vice president.

McCarrell will support company growth, developer and client services, as
well as marketing and maintenance services. She will also have oversight
of corporate programs and training.
McCarrell has been a real estate management professional since 1991.
Prior to joining Jomar as vice president, Saundra was manager of
Andersen Springs, a master-planned community in Chandler, Arizona, since
2006. There, she was called upon to oversee all operations of the
community’s single-family and condominium residential properties, as
well as a large number of retail, medical and government properties. In
her six years at Andersen Springs, board members commented on her
ability to flawlessly and easily manage numerous projects from beginning
to end. The community in 2012 received the “Judges Award” from ALCA for
Her professional designations include the CAAM® and CMCA® (state and
national designations). She was named district manager in 2011, where
she was called upon to teach and mentor peers and less experienced
community managers. In 2012, she was nominated for Manager of the Year
through AACM and was one of three finalists for this esteemed award.
Her most recent prior position was as a property manager for one of the
nation’s largest management companies, where she managed 12 multi-family
apartment communities, including the Pete Gross House in Seattle, a
70-unit complex that works directly with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer
Research Center to house people undergoing cancer treatment.
Her 20-year career in real estate management has run the gamut from
on-site manager at a family-owned apartment community to managing
hundreds of single-family rental houses, apartment complexes,
condominiums and commercial properties.
