North Plains Hosts Ngage - First Annual Global Customer Conference

North Plains Systems, the leader in helping companies effectively connect with and engage their customers through visual media, announced the program for Ngage 2013, the first annual global conference for North Plains customers. This year’s conference, to be held on October 3-4, 2013 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada will focus on a variety of topics facing marketing professionals, publishers and media companies today, including the need to do more with less, staying in control and getting things done at the speed of “now,” while still protecting rights and building value across markets and a plethora of visually rich assets. The conference agenda will feature presentations and panels from North Plains customers and executives, updates and demos on current North Plains products, previews of North Plains’ future technology, the opportunity to “ask the experts” about product questions, and MasterClass workshops for more in-depth training.

“We’re very excited to host Ngage, our first global conference which brings together the North Plains community in an interactive environment that will promote discussions and information sharing,” said Eric Courville, Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development at North Plains. “This is the first time customers and partners across North Plains’ entire product portfolio - Telescope, Xinet and On Brand, and from our different market segments will come together to learn and benefit from North Plains’ mission to be the best in the world at helping companies successfully produce, manage and leverage their visual media for market success.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with members of the North Plains’ executive team, benefit from real-world customer success stories, network with peers and learn more about the entire product portfolio, including the recent enhancements to Xinet, Telescope and On Brand and the company’s products roadmap. Several North Plains customers from leading worldwide brands including Turner Broadcasting, Shell, Wilson Sporting Goods, Arnold Worldwide, Diageo, Boxer, and the National Film Board of Canada will participate in discussions on best practices and lessons learned from the deployment and utilization of North Plains’ products across the Creative Marketing Lifecycle.

North Plains’ partners, Equilibrium, Filemobile and GLOBALedit will be sponsoring the conference. They will showcase their solutions throughout the event and discuss how they leverage North Plains’ products.

Renowned marketer and cartoonist, Tom Fishburne will kick off the conference with a dynamic and visually engaging keynote on the challenges and opportunities facing the marketing industry today. Tom is the founder and CEO of Marketoon Studios, a content marketing studio that helps businesses such as Unilever, O2, Kronos, Baynote, Rocketfuel and the Wall Street Journal reach their audiences with cartoons. Fishburne’s cartoons reach 100,000 business readers each week and have been featured by the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Forbes and the New York Times. The Huffington Post ranked his South-By-Southwest (SXSW) talk the third best of the conference out of the 500 presented.
