TRIAD HOSPITALS provides health care services through its hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers located in small cities and selected urban markets in the southwestern, western and south-central United States. They also provide management services to its health care facilities. These services include ethics and compliance programs, national supply and equipment purchasing and leasing contracts, accounting, financial and clinical systems, governmental reimbursement assistance, information systems, legal support, personnel management and internal audit.
