Aetna Hikes Its Quarterly Dividend

Friday, Aetna Inc. (AET), diversified healthcare company, disclosed that its board has increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.175 per share. The dividend is payable on January 27 to shareholders of record on January 13.

The company said that the higher dividend is in tune with its commitment for enhanced return to its shareholders. The company's last dividend pay out was $0.15 per share in October.
