Callaway Golf Company (NYSE: ELY), designer, manufacturer and seller of golf clubs, said that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its Common Stock. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2012. ELY closed lower by 0.98 percent to $6.06 a share on Monday.
The Travelers Companies Inc. (NYSE: TRV) on Tuesday along with reporting its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial reports, said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per common share. This dividend is payable March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 9, 2012. TRV last closed at $60.29 a share, down 2.11 percent.
PDL BioPharma Inc. (Nasdaq: PDLI), a patent portfolio manager, said that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. The $0.15 dividends will each be paid on March 14, June 14, September 14 and December 14 of 2012 to all stockholders who own shares of PDL on March 7, June 7, September 7 and December 7 of 2012, the record dates for each of the dividend payments, respectively. PDLI last traded at $6.38 a share on Monday.
South Jersey Industries Inc. (NYSE: SJI), an energy services holding company, said that its board of directors has declared its regular dividend of $0.4025 per share for the first quarter of 2012. The dividend is payable April 3, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 9, 2012. The dividend marks the company's 61st consecutive year of paying dividends. SJI last closed at $55.10 a share, yesterday.
