(By Balaseshan) ZBB Energy Corp. (NYSEAMEX:ZBB), a renewable energy power platforms developer, said it has appointed Executive Vice President of Operations Charles Stankiewicz in a new position as Operating Chief.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stankiewicz would assume broad responsibility for operations, engineering, sales, marketing, research and development, quality, and human resources.
In his new role, Stankiewicz will continue to report to Eric Apfelbach, Chief Executive Officer and President of ZBB Energy. Stankiewicz will continue to serve on the board of directors of ZBB Energy.
In addition, the company aligned organization to execute domestic and international growth strategy, which relies on developing business with strategic partners and investors.
Dan Nordloh, Executive Vice President of Global Business Development, would be dedicated to identifying, prioritizing and executing business development efforts domestically and in targeted international markets, reporting to Eric Apfelbach.
Nordloh would continue to serve on the board of directors of Meineng Energy, ZBB's joint venture in China.
Apfelbach said Stankiewicz's strong experience managing strategic sales processes and driving growth in power equipment businesses will be critical in meeting our revenue targets. ZBB would also gain significant focus on key revenue generating initiatives with the additional talent helping the sales, marketing and business development groups.
ZBB is trading down 2.01% at $0.38 on Tuesday. The stock has been trading between $0.34 and $1.21 for the past 52 weeks.
