Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE: CMG): Credit Suisse reduced the price target on the stock to $290 from $390. Piper Jaffray lowered the price target to $318 from $471. Wedbush downgraded the stock to "neutral" from "outperform". Jefferies lowered the price target to $215 from $305.The stock tumbled 13.51 percent to trade at $247.30.
Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG): BofA/Merrill downgraded the stock to "neutral" from "buy". Oppenheimer downgraded the stock to "perform" from "outperform". Citigroup lowered the price target to $800 from $850. Shares dipped 18 cents to trade at $694.82.
Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT): Barclays Capital lowered the price target on the stock to $34 from $36. The stock traded 2.25 percent lower at $28.83.
Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL): Deutsche Bank downgraded the stock to "hold" from "buy". Jefferies downgraded the stock to "hold" from "buy". FBR Capital downgraded the rating on shares to "market perform" from "outperform". Credit Suisse downgraded the stock to "neutral" from "outperform". JPMorgan downgraded the stock to "neutral" from "overweight". Shares tumbled 13.82 percent to trade at $7.61.
NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ: NVDA): FBR Capital downgraded the stock to "market perform" from "outperform". Shares shed 3.46 percent to trade at $12.41.
SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ: SNDK): Piper Jaffray upgraded the stock to "overweight" from "neutral". Susquehanna raised the price target to $55 from $50. Stifel Nicolaus raised the price target to $54 from $48. Shares jumped 6.18 percent to trade at $45.51.
