(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Wednesday include: Bank of America, Praxair, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cabot Oil & Gas, L-3 Communications, NASDAQ OMX Group, SCANA, Ball Corp., IAC/InterActiveCorp, and Six Flags.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: SIX) declared a 50% increase in the quarterly dividend to 90 cents per common share. The dividend will be payable December 10 to shareholders of record as of November 27. The stock, which has been in $31.98 to $64.95 range for past year, is currently trading down 10.43% at $55.84.

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable on December 28 to shareholders of record as of December 7. The stock, which has been in $4.92 to $10.10 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.37% at $9.32.

Praxair Inc. (NYSE: PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share, payable on December 17 to shareholders of record on December 7. The stock, which has been in $93.46 to $116.93 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.89% at $104.02.

Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: CCE) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 16 cents per common share, payable December 6 to shareowners of record on November 23. The stock, which has been in $24.20 to $32.55 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.15% at $30.82.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: COG) has declared a regular dividend of $0.02 per common share, payable November 15 to shareholders of record as of November 8. The stock, which has been in $28.84 to $47.25 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.39% at $43.12.

L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LLL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on December 17 to shareholders of record November 19. The stock, which has been in $62.42 to $75 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.81% at $73.20.

NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share, payable on December 28 to shareowners of record December 14. The stock, which has been in $21.03 to $27.34 range for past year, is currently trading down 2.61% at $23.50.

SCANA Corp. (NYSE: SCG) has declared regular fourth-quarter dividend of 49 ½ cents per common share, payable January 1, 2013 to shareholders of record December 10. The stock, which has been in $40.51 to $50.34 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.66% at $48.07.

Ball Corp. (NYSE: BLL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share, payable December 17 to shareholders of record on December 3. The stock, which has been in $32.81 to $43.79 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.02% at $41.99.

IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common and class B common share, payable on December 1 to shareholders of record November 15. The stock, which has been in $38.46 to $55.57 range for past year, is currently trading down 7.35% at $48.56.
