(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Thursday include: Kohl's, Marriott, Magna International, W.R. Berkley, Wyndham Worldwide, DDR, Leggett & Platt, and Lincoln National.

Kohl's Corp. (NYSE: KSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable Dec. 26 to shareholders of record on Dec. 5. The stock, which has been in a $42.72 to $56.66 range for past year, is currently trading down 5.08 percent at $51.56.

Marriott International Inc. (NYSE: MAR) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share, payable on Dec. 28 to shareholders of record on Nov. 23. The stock, which has been in $27.53 to $41.84 range for past year, is currently trading down 2.03 percent at $35.28.

Magna International Inc. (NYSE: MGA) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per common share, payable Dec. 14 to shareholders of record on Nov. 30. The stock, which has been in $31.54 to $49.60 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.07 percent at $44.68.

W.R. Berkley Corp. (NYSE: WRB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share, payable on Dec. 20 to stockholders of record on Dec. 4. The stock, which has been in $32.32 to $40.16 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.14 percent at $38.91.

Wyndham Worldwide Corp. (NYSE: WYN) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per common share, payable on Dec. 7 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 21. The stock, which has been in $32.34 to $55.41 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.58 percent at $51.01.

DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) has declared its fourth quarter dividend of $0.12 per common share, payable on Jan. 4, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 17. The stock, which has been in $10.39 to $15.93 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.49 percent at $15.25.

Leggett & Platt Inc. (NYSE: LEG) has declared fourth-quarter dividend of $0.29 per share, payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders of record on Dec. 10. The stock, which has been in $19.26 to $27.69 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.33 percent at $26.92.

Lincoln National Corp. (NYSE: LNC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, payable on Feb. 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on Jan. 10, 2013. The stock, which has been in $17.54 to $27.54 range for past year, is currently trading down 2.02 percent at $23.31.
