HCC Insurance Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCC) has declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.165 per share, payable on or about Jan. 16, 2013 to stockholders of record on Jan. 2, 2013. The stock, which has been in $25.42 to $36.96 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.30% at $36.74.

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE: ETH) has declared special cash dividend of $0.41 per share, payable on Dec. 20 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 6. The company's Board has also accelerated to change the record and payment date of the $0.09 per share regular quarterly dividend, now payable on Dec. 20 with record as of Dec. 6. The stock, which has been in $17.24 to $30.29 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.64% at $29.36.

Drew Industries Inc. (NYSE: DW) has declared special cash dividend of $2.00 per common share, payable on Dec. 20 to stockholders of record on Dec. 10. The stock, which has been in $19.91 to $34.13 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.55% at $32.75.

Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) has declared special cash dividend of $1.00 per common share, payable on Dec. 21 to stockholders of record on Dec. 7. The stock, which has been in $22.08 to $31.79 range for past year, is currently trading up 6.04% at $30.

OFS Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: OFS) has declared initial dividend of $0.34 per share, payable on Jan. 31, 2013 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 17, 2013. Based on the Nov. 14 closing of its initial public offering, stockholders of record on Jan. 17, 2013 will receive a dividend of $0.17 per share in respect of the fourth quarter. The stock, which has been in $12.21 to $14.75 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.43% at $13.80.
