Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL): Goldman Sachs (GS) upgraded its rating on the stock to "buy" from "sell". Shares jumped 5.65 percent to trade at $10.18.
International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT): Deutsche Bank upgraded its rating on the stock to "buy" from "hold". Shares rose 3.03 percent to trade at $14.29.
QLogic Corp. (NASDAQ: QLGC): Goldman Sachs downgraded its rating on the stock to "sell" from "neutral". Shares tumbled 7.93 percent to trade at $8.73.
Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM): Canaccord downgraded its rating on the stock to "sell" from "hold". Shares edged 0.17 percent lower to trade at $11.59.
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (NYSE: TEVA): UBS downgraded its rating on the stock to "neutral" from "buy" and lowered price target to $41 from $52. U.S.-listed shares of Teva inched up 0.15 percent to trade at $40.41.
Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ): Nomura upgraded its rating on the stock to "buy" from "neutral". The stock traded 0.45 percent higher at $44.32.
