Dollar Tree Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR): Morgan Stanley (MS) upgraded its rating on the stock to "equal weight" from "underweight". The stock traded 1.28 percent lower at $40.81.
Health Net Inc. (NYSE: HNT): Wells Fargo (WFC) upgraded its rating on the stock to "outperform" from "market perform". Shares gained 4.57 percent to trade at $24.94.

IAC/InterActiveCorp. (NASDAQ: IACI): Goldman Sachs (GS) downgraded its rating on the stock to "sell" from "neutral". Shares plunged 8.27 percent to trade at $43.27.
PNM Resources Inc. (NYSE: PNM): Jefferies (JEF) downgraded its rating on the stock to "hold" from "buy". Shares lost 2.03 percent to trade at $20.77.

Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN): Deutsche Bank upgraded its rating on the stock to "hold" from "sell". Shares added 0.31 percent to trade at $3.22.
SBA Communications Corp. (NASDAQ: SBAC): RBC Capital upgraded its rating on the stock to "top pick" from "outperform". Shares inched 0.45 percent higher to trade at $68.73.
