General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) has raised quarterly dividend by 12% to $0.19 per share, payable on Jan. 25, 2013 to shareowners of record on Dec. 24, 2012. The stock, which has been in $16.59 to $23.18 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.44% at $21.72.

Biomed Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: BMR) has lifted quarterly dividend by 9.3% to $0.235 per share, payable on Jan. 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012. The stock, which has been in $17.33 to $20.30 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.94% at $19.

RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) has raised quarterly dividend by 24% to $0.205 per share, payable on Jan. 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012. The stock, which has been in $16.28 to $19.75 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.53% at $18.65.

Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on Feb. 15 to shareholders of record on Jan. 15, 2013. The stock, which has been in $53.96 to $72.47 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.04% at $65.35.

Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, payable on Jan. 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 28, 2012. The stock, which has been in $51.94 to $72.32 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.21% at $71.59.

Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on Jan. 17, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 26, 2012. The stock, which has been in $27.10 to $37.70 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.68% at $30.92.

Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) has declared fourth-quarter dividend of $0.475 per share, payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Jan. 2, 2013. The stock, which has been in $29.47 to $38.86 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.14% at $34.72.

LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) has declared fourth-quarter dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on Jan. 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012. The stock, which has been in $21.80 to $30.46 range for past year, is currently trading down 2.20% at $24.
