American Express Co. (NYSE: AXP): Evercore Partners downgraded rating on the stock to "equal weight" from "overweight". Shares retreated 1.18 percent to trade at $57.13.
Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C): Morgan Stanley upgraded rating on the stock to "overweight" from "equal weight". Shares traded 0.41 percent higher at $39.62.
Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB): Cantor Fitzgerald raised price target on the stock to $33 from $28. Shares inched up 0.07 percent to trade at $27.73.
Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL): Susquehanna raised price target on the stock to $40 from $38. Shares jumped 4.27 percent to trade at $34.28.
Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC): Morgan Stanley and Evercore Partners downgraded rating on the stock to "equal weight" from "overweight". Shares dipped 0.23 percent to trade at $34.88.
Western Digital Corp. (NASDAQ: WDC): Craig-Hallum upgraded rating on the stock to "buy" from "hold". Shares rose 4.25 percent to trade at $41.28.
