DiamondRock Hospitality Co. (NYSE: DRH) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on Jan. 10, 2013 to stockholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012.The stock, which has been in $8.11 to $11.01 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.55% at $9.06.

Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on Jan. 28, 2013 to stockholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012. The stock, which has been in $5.06 to $6.32 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.43% at $5.88.

Banner Corp. (NASDAQ: BANR) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on Jan. 14 to stockholders of record on Jan. 4, 2013. The stock, which has been in $16.02 to $30.99 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.10% at $30.72.
