Assurant Inc. (NYSE: AIZ), a provider of specialty insurance services, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on March 11, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 25, 2013. Shares inched 0.30 percent higher to trade at $36.20.
Alliant Energy Corp. (NYSE: LNT) announced dividend of $0.47 per share payable on February 15, 2013, to shareowners of record on close of business January 31, 2013. Shares added 0.13 percent to trade at $45.75.
Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), a hotel real estate investment trust, declared a monthly dividend of $0.07 for January 2013 payable February 22, 2013, to shareholders of record on January 31, 2013. Shares rose 0.41 percent to trade at $14.80.
Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSEAMEX: FSP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share for the period October 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, payable on February 14, 2013 to stockholders of record as of January 25, 2013. Shares traded 1.17 percent lower at $12.71.
Watsco Inc. (NYSE: WSO), which distributes refrigeration equipments, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents payable on January 31, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 25, 2013. Shares lost 3.10 percent to trade at $74.60.
