(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Monday include: ADT Corp., Enterprise Products Partners, Luxfer Holdings, TransMontaigne Partners, and Federated National Holding.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) has raised quarterly cash distribution to $0.66 from $0.65 per common unit, payable on Feb. 7 to unitholders of record on Jan. 31. The stock, which has been in $45.67 to $55.38 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.70% at $54.40.

ADT Corp. (NYSE: ADT) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on Feb. 20 to stockholders of record on Jan. 30. The stock, which has been in $34.68 to $47.50 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.66% at $47.15.

Luxfer Holdings Plc (NYSE: LXFR) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.10 per American Depositary Share, payable on Feb. 8 to shareholders of record on Jan. 25. The stock, which has been in $10.05 to $13.75 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.70% at $12.89.

TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (NYSE: TLP) has declared quarterly distribution of $0.64 per unit, payable on Feb. 7 to unitholders of record on Jan. 31. The stock, which has been in $29.89 to $40.50 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.02% at $40.23.

Federated National Holding Co. (NASDAQ: FNHC) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, payable on March 4 to shareholders of record on Feb. 4. The stock, which has been in $3.02 to $6.45 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.78% at $5.40.
