CBS Corp. (NYSE: CBS): Wedbush upgraded the stock to "outperform" from "neutral". Shares surged 9.91 percent to trade at $41.70.
Cree Inc. (NASDAQ: CREE): Jefferies downgraded the stock to "underperform" from "buy" and reduced price target to $28 from $30. Shares traded 0.55 percent lower at $32.42.
Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO): JPMorgan downgraded the stock to "underweight" from "neutral". Shares shed 0.56 percent to trade at $20.91.
Donaldson Company Inc. (NYSE: DCI): BofA/Merrill upgraded the stock to "buy" from "neutral". Shares jumped 5.97 percent to trade at $36.75.
Juniper Networks Inc. (NYSE: JNPR): JPMorgan upgraded the stock to "overweight" from "neutral". Shares added 1.01 percent to trade at $21.20.
VIVUS Inc. (NASDAQ: VVUS): Brean Capital downgraded the stock to "sell" from "hold". Shares lost 5.73 percent to trade at $13.50.
Yum! Brands Inc. (NYSE: YUM): Argus downgraded the stock to "hold" from "buy". Shares traded 1.29 percent lower at $65.10.
