(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Monday include: MeadWestvaco, Westinghouse Air Brake, Harsco, Hancock Holding, Franklin Electric, and Petmed Express.

MeadWestvaco Corp. (NYSE: MWV) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 7. The stock, which has been in $26.15 to $33.26 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.00% at $32.72.

Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. (NYSE: WAB) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15. The stock, which has been in $66.29 to $93.95 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.14% at $92.34.

Harsco Corp. (NYSE: HSC) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.2050 per share, payable on May 15 to shareholders of record on April 15. The stock, which has been in $18.40 to $25.38 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.59% at $25.19.

Hancock Holding Co. (NASDAQ: HBHC) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, payable on March 15 to shareholders of record on March 5. The stock, which has been in $27.95 to $36.73 range for past year, is currently trading down 4.96% at $29.90.

Franklin Electric Co. (NASDAQ: FELE) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share, payable on Feb. 21 to shareholders of record on Feb. 7. The stock, which has been in $45.93 to $66.17 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.06% at $65.80.

Petmed Express Inc. (NASDAQ: PETS) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on Feb. 22 to shareholders of record on Feb. 8. The stock, which has been in $9.15 to $14.03 range for past year, is currently trading up 4.40% at $12.82.
