(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Tuesday include: International Business Machines, Becton Dickinson, Airgas, Tupperware Brands, United States Steel, and American Campus Communities.

Tupperware Brands Corp. (NYSE: TUP) has raised quarterly dividend by 72% to $0.62 per share, payable on April 5 to shareholders of record on March 20. The stock, which has been in $50.90 to $74.24 range for past year, is currently trading up 4.68% at $73.62.

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share, payable on March 9 to stockholders of record on Feb. 8. The stock, which has been in $181.85 to $211.79 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.17% at $204.58.

Becton, Dickinson and Co. (NYSE: BDX) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.495 per share, payable on March 29 to shareholders of record on March 8. The stock, which has been in $71.56 to $84.63 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.20% at $84.23.

Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on March 28 to shareholders of record on March 14. The stock, which has been in $75.78 to $95.15 range for past year, is currently trading up 2.00% at $94.83.

United States Steel Corp. (NYSE: X) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on March 8 to shareholders of record on Feb. 12. The stock, which has been in $17.67 to $32.52 range for past year, is currently trading down 1.73% at $23.31.

American Campus Communities Inc. (NYSE: ACC) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share, payable on Feb. 22 to shareholders of record on Feb. 8. The stock, which has been in $40.10 to $48.49 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.32% at $47.45.
