(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Thursday include: Capital One Financial, Hershey, Time Warner Cable, Perrigo, Southwest Airlines, and NASDAQ OMX Group.

Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE: TWC) has raised quarterly dividend by 16% to $0.65 per share, payable on March 15 to shareholders of record on Feb. 28. The stock, which has been in $73.52 to $102.00 range for past year, is currently trading down 11.90% at $88.72.

Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on Feb. 22 to stockholders of record on Feb. 11. The stock, which has been in $46.01 to $62.92 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.43% at $56.31.

Hershey Co. (NYSE: HSY) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.42 per common share and $0.38 per class B common share, payable on March 15 to shareholders of record on Feb. 25. The stock, which has been in $59.32 to $79.96 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.74% at $79.64.

Perrigo Co. (NASDAQ: PRGO) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, payable on March 19 to shareholders of record on March 1. The stock, which has been in $90.18 to $120.78 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.43% at $100.76.

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on March 28 to shareholders of record on March 7. The stock, which has been in $7.76 to $11.61 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.09% at $11.25.

NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on March 28 to shareholders of record on March 14. The stock, which has been in $21.03 to $28.39 range for past year, is currently trading up 1.43% at $28.37.
