BlackBerry (NASDAQ: BBRY): Bernstein upgraded the stock to Outperform from Market Perform. Shares jumped 5.41 percent to trade at $13.74.
Chevron Corp. (NYSE: CVX): UBS downgraded the stock to Neutral from Buy. Shares dropped 1.28 percent to trade at $115.01.
Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG): BMO Capital downgraded the stock to Market Perform from Outperform. Shares shed 0.97 percent to trade at $768.05.
Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MRK): Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock to Underweight from Equal Weight. Leerink downgraded the stock to Market Perform from Outperform. Shares traded 2.22 percent lower at $40.90.
Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO): Stifel Nicolaus upgraded the stock to Buy from Hold. Shares lost 0.81 percent to trade at $19.59.
St. Jude Medical Inc. (NYSE: STJ): Credit Suisse upgraded the stock to Outperform from Neutral. Shares added 0.95 percent to trade at $41.56.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT): JPMorgan downgraded the stock to Neutral from Overweight. Shares retreated 1.43 percent to trade at $69.48.
