Dividend Roundup: COP, TWX, ROK, MUR, WIN, CSL, LPLA

(By Balaseshan) Dividend announcement by companies on Wednesday include: ConocoPhillips, Time Warner, Rockwell Automation, Murphy Oil, Windstream, Carlisle Companies, and LPL Financial.

Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) has raised quarterly dividend by 11% to $0.2875 per share, payable in cash on March 15 to stockholders of record on Feb. 28. The stock, which has been in $33.62 to $52.72 range for past year, is currently trading up 4.20% at $52.06.

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) has lifted quarterly dividend by 12.5% to $0.135 per share, payable on March 4 to stockholders of record on Feb. 18. The stock, which has been in $23.17 to $38.94 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.03% at $33.27.

ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, payable on March 1 to stockholders of record on Feb. 19. The stock, which has been in $50.62 to $78.29 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.30% at $57.55.

Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, payable on March 11 to shareowners of record on Feb. 19. The stock, which has been in $61.20 to $91.35 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.12% at $90.80.

Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE: MUR) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, payable on March 1 to stockholders of record on Feb. 19. The stock, which has been in $43.29 to $65.60 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.20% at $60.20.

Windstream Corp. (NASDAQ: WIN) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 29. The stock, which has been in $7.86 to $12.55 range for past year, is currently trading up 0.41% at $9.85.

Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE: CSL) has declared quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on March 1 to stockholders of record on Feb. 19. The stock, which has been in $46.69 to $65.64 range for past year, is currently trading down 0.05% at $64.63.
