Baidu.com Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU): T.H. Capital downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy. American depositary receipts (ADRs) shed 0.41 percent to trade at $97.97.
Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG): Pivotal Research downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy. Shares inched up 0.04 percent to trade at $770.48
Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ): Credit Suisse downgraded the stock to Underperform from Neutral. Shares lost 0.69 percent to trade at $74.87.
Molycorp Inc. (NYSE: MCP): JPMorgan upgraded the stock to Neutral from Underweight. Shares gained 2.51 percent to trade at $7.76.
Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX): Wedbush upgraded the stock to Outperform from Neutral. Shares fell 0.33 percent to trade at $51.85.
Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO): Pivotal Research upgraded the stock to Buy from Hold. Shares gained 1.94 percent to trade at $20.24.
