Analysts' Upgrades And Downgrades: AOL, FITB, FOSL, GPK, KMB, NKE, S

(By Balachander) A number of stocks were upgraded and downgraded by equities research analysts on Monday.

AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL): RBC Capital upgraded the stock to Outperform from Sector Perform. Shares surged 6.76 percent to trade at $36.00.

Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB): Stifel Nicolaus downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy. Shares fell 1.17 percent to trade at $16.42.

Fossil Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL): Benchmark Co. downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy. Shares traded 0.07 percent lower at $103.83.

Graphic Packaging Holding Co. (NYSE: GPK): Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock to Buy from Hold. Shares added 2.00 percent to trade at $7.39.

Kimberly Clark Corp. (NYSE: KMB): Barclays downgraded the stock to Underweight from Equal Weight. Shares shed 0.29 percent to trade at $90.64.

Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE): JPMorgan upgraded the stock to Overweight from Neutral. Shares advanced 0.82 percent to trade at $55.04.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S): Atlantic Equities downgraded the stock to Neutral from Overweight. Shares fell 0.35 percent to trade at $5.75.
