Analysts' Upgrades And Downgrades: AMGN, FB, NTAP, QCOM, SJM, VMED, WAG

(By Balachander) A number of stocks were upgraded and downgraded by equities research analysts on Tuesday.

Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ: AMGN): William Blair downgraded the stock to "Market Perform" from "Outperform". Shares shed 0.07 percent to trade at $84.86.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB): Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. downgraded the stock to "Market Perform" from "Outperform". Shares fell 1.55 percent to trade at $27.82.

NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP): Brean Capital upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Hold". Shares gained 1.82 percent to trade at $36.01.

Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM): JPMorgan downgraded the stock to "Neutral" from "Overweight". Shares declined 1.98 percent to trade at $65.85.

J.M. Smucker Co. (NYSE: SJM): Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. upgraded the stock to "Outperform" from "Market Perform". Shares advanced 0.99 percent to trade at $89.63.

Virgin Media Inc. (NASDAQ: VMED): Berenberg downgraded the stock to "Hold" from "Buy". Shares traded 0.48 percent higher at $46.10.

Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG): Mizuho upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Neutral". Shares rose 0.39 percent to trade at $41.64.
