Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL): Bernstein Research downgraded the stock to "Market Perform" from "Outperform". Shares gained 0.30 percent to trade at $13.83.
Clearwire Corp. (NASDAQ: CLWR): Raymond James downgraded the stock to "Underperform" from "Market Perform". Shares shed 0.31 percent to trade at $3.17.
Comcast Corp. (NASDAQ: CMCSA): Credit Suisse upgraded the stock to "Outperform" from "Neutral". Shares rose 6.29 percent to trade at $41.42.
Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF): the stock was downgraded by Citigroup to "Neutral" from "Buy", and by Deutsche Bank to "Hold" from "Buy". Shares plunged 17.26 percent to trade at $30.29.
Fossil Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL): FBR Capital downgraded the stock to "Underperform" from "Market Perform". Shares declined 3.30 percent to trade at $107.
Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: IRWD): Wedbush Securities upgraded the stock to "Neutral" from "Underperform". Shares gained 2.27 percent to trade at $13.98.
