CenturyLink Inc. (NYSE: CTL): the stock was downgraded by JP Morgan to "Neutral" from "Overweight" and by Nomura to "Reduce" from "Buy". Shares plunged 19.64 percent to trade at $33.50.
Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL): Brean Capital downgraded the stock to "Hold" from "Buy". Shares rose 0.22 percent to trade at $13.80.
Comcast Corp. (NASDAQ: CMCSA): RBC Capital upgraded the stock to "Outperform" from "Sector Perform" and lifted price target to $46 from $39. Shares rose 0.54 percent to trade at $40.35.
Sourcefire Inc. (NASDAQ: FIRE): UBS Securities upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Neutral". Shares gained 2.80 percent to trade at $44.00.
Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK): Bernstein downgraded the stock to "Market Perform" from "Outperform. Shares shed 0.69 percent to trade at $90.35.
Aruba Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN): Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to "Overweight" from "Equal Weight". Shares grew 6.12 percent to trade at $22.44.
