Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE: KO) increased its quarterly dividend 10 percent to 28 cents per share, payable April 1, 2013, to shareowners of record as of March 15, 2013. The dividend increase is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.12 per share, up from $1.02 per share in 2012. Shares shed 0.16 percent to trade at $37.67.
T. Rowe Price Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TROW) raised its quarterly dividend by 12 percent to 38 cents a share, payable March 27, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2013. Shares dropped 1.08 percent to trade at $71.32.
Kimberly Clark Corp. (NYSE: KMB) raised its quarterly dividend by 9.5 percent to 81 cents per share, payable on April 2, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 8, 2013. Shares rose 0.45 percent to trade at $92.15.
National-Oilwell Varco Inc. (NYSE: NOV) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on March 29, 2013 to each stockholder of record on March 15, 2013. Shares lost 2.12 percent to trade at $66.40.
WellPoint Inc. (NYSE: WLP) increased its dividend by 30 percent and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, representing an annualized dividend of $1.50 per share. The first quarter dividend is payable on March 25, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2013. Shares edged 0.51 percent lower to trade at $62.26.
JAKKS Pacific Inc. (NASDAQ: JAKK) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share payable on April 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013. Shares retreated 6.05 percent to trade at $12.26.
Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable on April 10, 2013 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2013. Shares shed 0.62 percent to trade at $64.00.
