Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT): Raymond James upgraded the stock to "Outperform" from "Market Perform". Shares added 0.63 percent to trade at $92.15.
Home Depot Inc. (NYSE: HD): Oppenheimer upgraded the stock to "Outperform" from "Perform". Shares rose 1.16 percent to trade at $65.13.
Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ): UBS upgraded the stock to "Neutral" from "Sell". Shares jumped 7.72 percent to trade at $18.42.
Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS): Dahlman Rose downgraded the stock to "Hold" from "Buy". Shares retreated 1.52 percent to trade at $56.84.
Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL): Craig-Hallum upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Hold". Shares rose 2.16 percent to trade at $9.68.
Sourcefire Inc. (NASDAQ: FIRE): Topeka upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Hold". Shares traded 13.96 percent higher at $48.10.
First Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR): Pacific Crest downgraded the stock to "Underperform" from "Sector Perform". Shares fell 2.62 percent to trade at $33.50.
Intuitive Surgical Inc. (NASDAQ: ISRG): Goldman upgraded the stock to "Buy" from "Neutral". Shares added 1.85 percent to trade at $571.66.
Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: BBRY): MKM Partners downgraded the stock to "Sell" from "Neutral". Shares lost 1.51 percent to trade at $13.67.
